TERMS OF SERVICE

  • Platform Operator: BossMeo Arena Ecosystem (“We”, “Platform”)
  • User: Any individual or entity that accesses, uses, places bids, or purchases positions or source code on the platform (“You”, “User”).

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the platform, placing bids (outbidding), processing payments via PayPal or VietQR, or purchasing source code from BossMeo Arena, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Nature of Service & Attention Markets

  • Attention Market Model: BossMeo Arena is a real-time bidding platform displaying brands, URLs, and messages. Display placement depends entirely on the offering amount contributed by users at any given time.
  • No Revenue Guarantee: The platform provides display space and traffic (views/clicks) only. We do not guarantee, promise, or assume responsibility for any conversion rates, revenue, profits, or business results arising from your links or brands.

3. Payments & Strict No-Refund Policy

  • Upfront Payment: All position bids or source code license purchases ($1,000 USD) require 100% upfront payment via PayPal or VietQR before system approval or source handover.
  • Strict No-Refund Policy: All contributions, paid bids, and source code purchase fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once a transaction is completed or content is published live on the platform.

4. Prohibited Content & User Liability You bear full legal responsibility for the content, messages, trademarks, and URLs you provide. The following illegal or harmful contents are strictly prohibited:

  • Scams, Ponzi financial schemes, unauthorized gambling, or illegal get-rich-quick schemes.
  • Pornography, extreme violence, hate speech, discrimination, or violation of public decency.
  • Malware, malicious code, viruses, or phishing websites.
  • Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Removal Rights: BossMeo Arena administration reserves the full right to reject approval, suspend, or permanently remove any violating listing without prior notice and without refunding fees.

5. Source Code License & Usage Limits

  • Purchasing the $1,000 USD source code package grants you a Turnkey Source Code License for personal use or commercial operation of your own project.
  • Unauthorized copying to commercially resell the core source code directly in competition or distributing the original source code publicly against BossMeo Team’s copyright policy is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss) arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
  • We are not responsible for technical incidents caused by third parties (such as Internet network disruptions, PayPal payment gateway errors, VietQR banking issues, or Telegram API network failures).

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These terms are governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or related to BossMeo Arena services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation and mediation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent authority for resolution.

8. Modifications BossMeo Arena reserves the right to modify or change these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon public posting on the platform. Your continued use of the service after modifications implies your acceptance of the new terms.
